PRM Helpdesk
Airport wheelchair facility is available at both Departure and Arrival areas. Passengers departing may contact the Terminal Manager office and passengers arriving at the airport may contact the help desk for support.
LGBIA provides dedicated assistance for passengers with special needs. Services are available from check-in to boarding to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey. Trained staff are stationed at key checkpoints to offer guidance and support.

To assist people with special needs, help phones with Braille indicating ‘Information’ have been placed at the Airport at Terminal 1 at the Arrivals, Security Check Area and Departure.
